Adhesive adapter disc to be glued on to an aluminium disc. Aka-Rhaco PSA has a soft polymer coating to hold grinding paper.
It substitutes expensive PSA or foil backed grinding papers.

It can also be used with self-adhesive polishing cloths (when not removing the liner).
