Aka-Piatto 220+/75 µm is recommended for plane grinding of individual samples when high material removal is needed.

Aka-Piatto+ is optimal for plane grinding of brittle samples like ceramics, cermets and sintered carbides due to having a higher diamond concentration than Aka-Piatto. This makes the grinding action less aggressive, which provides the best result for this type of samples.
